This is a Blue saree with Intricate Golden Zari borders. The palla has a large Kalash  like Motifs and Golden Zari pinstripes and Orange and Red Bands.

 

The Saree body and palla is interspersed with small flower motifs in Golden Zari and red Mulberry silk. The work brings a festive aura.
