This handwoven blue Maheshwari tissue saree (golden Zari thread woven with Cotton and silk threads). The golden threads create a fine checked pattern on the saree. The border is in Golden Zari and silver mulberry silk thread.

The Blue colour and golden colours make for a little louder appearance. Simple pearl jewellery would complement well and soothen it out.

 

Tissue fabric requires careful handling of the yarns: cotton, silk and Golden Zari. The fabric has a added shine due to Zari, has an easy fall.
